No, but the question is whether it’s Constitutional.
If you distort the constitution enough it could be. Interpretation can get absurd when left to a hand full of individuals. That is why we don’t like liberal judges.
Distort the Constitution? Since when is denying one group of individuals state-sanctioned benefits a Constitutional principle? Funny how those “liberal” judges, including seven judges appointed by such flaming liberals Ronald Reagan and that dumbass Bush jr. found that outright discrimination based on superstition, bigotry and profound ignorance have no place in a society that guarantees equal treatment under the law.
But you stick with that faux-victimization, ponder, slowly but surely religious bigotry with all its trappings and its hocus-pocus is being buried under the rights of men and women to live their lives free from the oppression of a simple-minded majority.
