Are you sure that’s just sugar?

As you read these, especially the first, remember that McK USD, as far as things appear now, did  not just mix in some CABs to sweeten their 2011 offering — they made it 100% sugar.  So, when you hear that Rim of the World’s CAB issue had a 20:1 ratio and McK’s only had a 10:1 ratio, remember that Rim of the World issued only a little bit of CAB sugar, while McK went whole hog.  And also keep in mind that McK USD could have had $11 million of the $14 million authorized, without going this route.
