Truly amazing that the cheese made it all the way there sans a huge truck!

I found it in Sydney, AU last year and it was still fresh – sans huge truck! Why is it necessary for a “local” company to ship that far?

Let us not forget that “Lamb Chopper” makes it all the way from Belgium and is repackaged here without a huge truck.

I think getting picked as the “big cheese” from some place in Wisconson would be a pretty big honor. Not so sure about Indiana.
    Cypress Grove is good cheese
though and it gets around . The most exotic place I’ve seen it was Burning Man.
