Clooney charged $400000 to see Obama. Now that is 1% territory.

    Indeed.

Ponder that extra ‘0’ truly would be the 1%.

Actually it is ” “$40000 per couple or $25000 for those attending on their own.”

Still real money, but not 400000.

Will Rex Bohn be running the auction?

There will also be a plant sale today at 3579 Dolbeer Street in Eureka. Right across from the National Guard Armory near Sequoia Park. 9am to 3pm.

Meanwhile Wrecks reported around $150,000 last time and has since had a big $50 per head fundraiser at the zoo. How much is enough? Apparently his intention is to flood the county with MONEY in hopes we won’t see the shadows over his shoulder. He boasts that 1/3 of his money comes from “small donors” but where does the other 2/3 come from? If you want the Big Bucks to rule, Wrecks is your boy.

You sound bitter that he has more donors than some candidates have voters.

It’s who gets the most votes that counts. Go Cheryl, go!

Since the election hasn’t occurred yet, 10:23, you have no way of knowing how many voters any candidate has so you have just pulled something idiotic out of your ass.

Different district, but maybe money-related. I’ve been surprised at how many people ask me if I’m related to Karen Brooks, happens at least daily. Makes me think her signs and campaigning have been pretty effective.

10:54, name recognition is HUGE. Name recognition coupled with party affiliation, (and a bunch of money, of course)…connect the dots.
