Urgency ordinance to be reconsidered Tuesday

From the Occupy Civil Liberties Working Group

On Sept.10, the Human Rights Commission  voted to request, for the second time, that the Board of Supervisors repeal the “Urgency Ordinance” and put nothing in its place. Their letter concluded with: “Further public discourse is needed to find common ground. As we offered last month, the Human Rights Commission is willing to hold forums to educate the citizenry and solicit input on public policy”.

Let’s attend the Board of Supervisor’s meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 1:30pm, and support the Human Rights Commission’s recommendation to repeal the ordinance.  If you can’t make it, please call the Clerk of the Board and tell them you support the HRC: 707-476-2384

Nine months later… Urgent?? (vowel in front of two consonants – termed ‘No Contract’)

I think we will all progress much more swiftly if we put the cart behind the horse. Will I join in spreading manure at a corpse meeting? No. When you do the same thing expecting a different result . . .you are the problem. All the corrupt have to do is sit on the sidelines and watch us destroy ourselves. If you’re not striving for harmony with the Divinity, and trying to learn the wisdom of the @System@ then you may want to re-think your position.

We’re on this plane and in this world – take it or leave it, like it, or not. If you can “tune in” to where the realism is, then you will enjoy the fruits. If you tune into where the fiction is, then you’re in for a scary surprise, or at least what you already expected, because it’s fiction right?

So don’t be surprised when you wake up on 123 Elm Street seeing a guy named Freddy!

Do you KNOW your stuff or don’t you? Is that “not” the question?

Wait- I’m going to go smoke a quick bowl and then come back and read this again. I’m sure it’ll make sense to me then.

    ROFLOL.

  4. September 24, 2012 at 11:20 am

For those of you with big brass ones, read on . . .

We are traveling at 240 km per second.

How do lies and fiction apply to me? To you? If we are to move on into the New Age, we must first shed old baggage (Beliefs). When dealing with the ‘Public’ everything works in reverse, and as far as information goes, you also have to use your Discernment with a little common sense, and ask yourself, where is this information coming from? Public Media. When have you ever gotten truth from Public Controlled Media? from Pirates in Somalia to 911, most of us are awake to this, I hope. Remember, in order to climb out of Slavery, you have to shed the ‘shackles’ that bind you to the @System@ and the tools that keep you in the sea of ignorance – t.v., so-called newspapers. Then you’ll awaken from the mass hypnosis, until then you’ll keep spreading the virus that they injected into your mind.
    I’m not judging. Just sharing.

    Translation?

As tra so blithely dismisses Forest Queen.

Blithe: “Showing a casual and cheerful indifference considered to be callous or improper.”

Well, yes, I do have a casual and cheerfully indifferent attitude toward Forest Queen’s posts. You may consider that callous or improper, and of course you’re welcome to your opinion. Which I guess you may consider a blithe dismissal of your comment, but, again, oh well.

Meanwhile, do you have any idea what “vowel in front of two consonants – termed ‘No contract'” means? When someone begins their comment with an obscure and.or unintelligible phrase like that, cheerful indifference is about the best they’re gonna get.

  8. September 24, 2012 at 5:38 pm

It was only meant/repeated as a hint. When the fictional language falls away, from non-use, as dis-belief in the negative, entrapping words of our present adverb/verb language, the words that begin with a vowel followed by two consonants will be of no further consequence.
‘Individual’ because it separates from the whole – carries a negative frequency.
The word ‘urgent’ never was, urgent. Certainly not after nine months. It’s a ‘State’ code word, without definition of ‘urgent’ in the code. ‘Income’ federal word – no definition in the IRC. Just illusion.

Ponder Z doesn’t get it and therefore hits below the belt. I too don’t quite understand FQ, but PZ’s statement says much more about him/her than it says about the queen. Rise above it and say something that is constructive. The negativity is pretty lame.

Forest Queen is like Horse Badorties without the charm.

tra, unlike you I don’t express worthless opinions. I make observations. So while my opinions may have some merit, I’d never waste them on the likes of you.

Hey tra, what’s a vowel and a consonant?

  20. September 25, 2012 at 12:18 pm

I can’t blame Joe Blow for not bothering to read Forest Queen’s comments, but then he shouldn’t complain about TRA “blithely dismissing” her.

  21. September 25, 2012 at 1:02 pm

Fact is, I did read Forest Queen’s comments.

  22. September 25, 2012 at 2:02 pm

If I were to talk about bacteria and virus, and you were unaware of the microscope, then the words ‘bacteria’ and ‘virus’ may be obscure and unintelligible to you.

We are here to help and be helped. So, I do not stand under the negative comments either.

Why of course our hearts have always known what “vowel in front of two consonants – termed ‘No Contract’” means! It’s as plain as the fnords in front of us! Open your eyes people!

I mean next you’re going to be telling me that you can’t figure out what “parsnip beneath two rutabagas – described ‘Approved Stipulation'” means. I mean c’mon people, get your brains to catch up with your hearts fer cryin’ out loud.

“The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed” – Steve Biko.
In ‘Mental Robots’ (1957) by Dr. Lewis A. Alesen (former president of the California Medical Assn.) said: “Americans today are being deluged with propaganda, under the title of ‘The Mental Health PROGRAM.’ Its (robotry) objectives . . . the ultimate destruction of the human individual as a person; the eradication of all the traditions, ideals, and moral concepts which he has learned from home, church, and school . . . and taught to deny and reject responsibility for himself, and to transfer that responsibility to the group, that is the State.”

On or about December 21st we will be looking straight into the center sun, when the milky way road flattens like a Saturn’s ring’s edge, and a new paradigm exceptionally greets each and everyone on earth, it has already started as we are moving into the fifth dimension, which many are bringing their three dimension reality into . . . a curious delimma trying to cope with time and space where every thought manifests in the now time.
We need the awakening to the new, and progress into it, as if we stay with the three dimensional reality we are going to be out of sync and must become extinct.

    I could be wrong . . . I once was – lol
Yes, this is written in adverb/verb communication style, cause that’s where we are now.

  31. September 25, 2012 at 9:56 pm

    Anonymous,
You were ‘shocked’ really? In my opinion, we’re dealing with criminals and thieves – what else would you expect? If you knew which way the wind was blowing, you wouldn’t feel like you had a stake in it at all. No one can really progress until all the ‘heroes’ go bye bye. Because until they do go bye bye everything we are exposed to in this world will only validate a flawed world view. The only thing that can even change that at all is if all the ‘heroes’ go down for their obvious errors. Then hopefully we can finally start to listen to the people who have been saying the same thing about these persons.

  32. September 26, 2012 at 4:38 am

suzy, I know. It’s write out there isn’t it ;)

  33. September 26, 2012 at 7:59 am

It’s right inside first . . . once we stop putting toxins – sugar, grains, tobacco, etc. in our bodies, and stop feeding our minds with the weapons of mass deception – t.v., new, new, newspapers, and Public radio, then the vision(s ) will come when you least expect it. Be ready. Living under a canopy gives you much advantage.
This is a thought revolution. You don’t have to sacrifice your first born. There doesn’t even have to be bloodshed. We are the change – and we all know it!

  34. September 26, 2012 at 9:24 am

Yes, this is written in adverb/verb communication style, cause that’s where we are now.

Oh, thank you Forest Queen, for resorting to (almost) grammatical sentence structure for the benefit of us mere mortals.

  35. September 26, 2012 at 9:31 am

There is no lesser human being. I am nothing special.

  36. September 26, 2012 at 9:37 am

It’s all about you, Forest Queen.

  37. September 26, 2012 at 10:00 am

    Joel,
What it seems that you don’t realize is that we’re all Queens and Kings, that “We the people” have all the rights of the Queen or King as applicable.
“The people or sovereign are not bound by general word in statutes, restrictive of prerogative right, title or interest, unless expressly named. Acts of limitation do not bind the King or the people. The people have been ceded all the rights of the King, the former sovereign, . . . It is a maxim of common law, that when an act is made for the common good to prevent injury, the King shall be bound, though not named, but when a statute is general and prerogative right would be divested or taken from the King (or the people) he shall not be bound.” People v Herkimer, 4 Cowen (NY) 345, 348 (1825).

  38. September 26, 2012 at 11:31 am

And so, Joel et al., thanks to Forest Queen that makes all people living in a “Democracy” (notice the quotes?) responsible and accountable for all injustice and wrong “their” government commits.

    ig·no·rant/ˈignərənt/
    Adjective:

1 Lacking knowledge or awareness in general; uneducated or unsophisticated.
2 Lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about something in particular: “ignorant of astronomy”.

So, was your comment to discredit them or are you aware of information they don’t have?

  41. September 26, 2012 at 12:45 pm

I quite appreciated that quote, Forest Queen.

I’d thought to offer you before a quote in the original faux Latin, but you probably know it. The one about carborundum…

  42. September 26, 2012 at 2:36 pm

    Joe Blow,
We defaulted into democracy in 1812 when the debt wasn’t paid. February 2, 2000, when Bush took office, democracy ended, leaving us with corporatism.
“. . .that makes all people blah, blah, blah . . . ” I don’t make any one do anything.
Having said that, maybe, just maybe, the papers the Supes. were served had something to do with their comments.

Lead, follow, or get out of the way.

  43. September 26, 2012 at 2:44 pm

    Narration,
I don’t know faux Latin – except that lawyer means liar in Latin. My dictionary has the word Carborundum just defined as a trademark. So please share by all means.

  44. September 26, 2012 at 4:58 pm

Forest Queen doesn’t like being held accountable – even for the things posted here. Figures. Maybe you should keep your own counsel. You can’t have it both ways – or maybe “you” can.

  45. September 26, 2012 at 5:41 pm

    Accountable, do you mean responsible?

  46. September 26, 2012 at 6:01 pm

Hmm. Forest Queen, now I find myself in the corner I didn’t want to get into ;)

Let me just state clearly that I didn’t intend the literal meaning or especially towards anyone in particular, but instead the humorous slant of the phrase we thought was there when I was a young man and found others using it as we joyfully threw off anything of what was called ‘the system’ then, that felt oppressive.

I’m sure you’ll understand, and like to give the benefit that anyone else will also.

Here’s a site I found which explains it as title, and also has one or two things you might like to see on it. One’s part of a famous poem, and the rest is of a lawyer I think, who is actually trying to see things in order to do some good, as it seems. I didn’t read it all, but take his impression.

Not my place to reply for Anonymous (or any one of us) nevertheless, if I may ask, how much credibility do you believe bottom feeders have to discredit? “Information they don’t have???” If they lack knowledge, especially regarding a Constitution that they took an oath to defend, IMHO, they shouldn’t be filling those positions. Lay the ax at the root. The only crime mentioned in ye ol Constitution, is warring against it – it’s called treason.

  49. September 26, 2012 at 8:25 pm

    Narration,
All right then! We’re on the same page. And, I hadn’t read that poem in a long time, thanks for the reminder.

  50. September 27, 2012 at 12:27 pm

    Forest Queen :
    Accountable, do you mean responsible?

NO. I mean exactly what I said. There’s a difference, you know?

  51. September 27, 2012 at 1:06 pm

    Joe Blow,
As a matter of fact I do know the difference. It was a joke – lighten up! Accounting – vowel in front of two consonants. Public Servants take an oath to perform Duties. Civilians are responsible. Every document I create – that is recorded into the public, finishes with my name followed by: sui juris, living habitant on the land known as California. With full responsibility for all of My actions, under Common/Natural law and no other.
This is taken under oath with penalties for perjury. Otherwise, I have no idea what you are squawking about. What would you like repeated?

How about this one? You want to argue with me, and that’s NOT what we’re here for.

I think that this thread ended.

  52. Anonymous
    September 27, 2012 at 2:38 pm

Janelle, as you know, supervisors Bass, Bohn, and Sundberg parroted Constitutional law only up to the allowances for “time/place” restrictions. Is it “purposeful neglect” or ignorance that they omitted the extremely narrow and specific conditions that time and place restrictions can be placed on public protest? These are the restrictions that cause most municipalities to lose these cases in court.

It didn’t take long for this next batch of republicans (oops, I mean “suddenly registered democrats and independents”), to throw fiscal responsibility out the window for their own costly ideological agenda.

Surely, it’s a form of torture having to watch Bass continue her mayoral imperative of feigning familiarity with every speaker’s name? According to Bass that afternoon, all it took was one outburst from the audience for her to “change her opinion” and retain the ordinance.

    What a spectacle!

  53. September 27, 2012 at 3:36 pm

    Forest Queen, late, but ;)

I hadn’t read the full short phrase in a long time either – found that careful moment quite worth it.
